Confidentiality and discretion are our top priority as some of our clients live very private lives.

What are the minimum hours to provide care?

To provide the highest quality care, we require a minimum of 4 hours of service.

What if our caregiver assigned is sick?

Another care giver will come in as interim to ensure you and your loved ones have a quality and consistent service.

Are the carers screened?

Yes, each carer undergoes extensive background checks with full Police screening to ensure the safety and well being of you and your loved ones.
